The activities of ONE FAMILY OFFICE are built on three fundamental pillars: (1) investment and management of family assets; (2) advisory and protection of family wealth, and (3) concierge services – ensuring the highest possible quality of life for the family.
The concierge services cover four primary areas of interest for high-net-worth families and are provided at a level unavailable to any individuals other than the members and affiliated members of ONE FAMILY OFFICE in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. These areas include:

It focuses on a high-yield, balanced, and maximally secure globally diversified asset portfolio across all major world currencies, including the possibility of arranging a regular annuity for partner families that no longer generate significant income from active business operations.
The combined assets of founders, partners, and a limited circle of business associates participating in the ONE FAMILY OFFICE platform exceed CZK 13 billion. We provide comprehensive advisory services related to the establishment, structuring, and ongoing management of family, foundation, and trust funds both domestically and abroad. We have created more than 550 family foundation funds, trust funds, and foreign trusts, with the total value of assets under management through our structures exceeding CZK 200 billion.
Clients of ONE FAMILY OFFICE typically include high-net-worth families and individuals with total available assets of at least USD 10 million (for full-scope services). However, for co-investment opportunities, we also work with partners with significantly lower asset volumes, including successful executives with strong and regular annual cash flow. The partners of HAVEL & PARTNERS are shareholders of ONE FAMILY OFFICE through a company established for the purpose of managing private capital earned through professional legal practice. The HAVEL & PARTNERS Group, with all its lawyers, consultants and employees, is also a supplier of legal and other advisory services to ONE FAMILY OFFICE under a contract for the provision of legal and other professional services. Therefore, the ONE FAMILY OFFICE website also lists the key professionals from HAVEL & PARTNERS who are responsible for the relevant areas of consultancy.

Advisory Board
The Advisory Board (the council of Wise and Powerful) is a completely informal free association of highly respected investment and business leaders. It is a group of 25 experienced top consultants, of whom 14 are official members listed on the ONE FAMILY OFFICE website. A typical board member is a generally respected person from the Czech or Slovak business with an excellent reputation and contacts, and a creditworthy investor who has extensive experience in managing his/her own or other people’s assets. The members of the board represent all business generations. Some of them have already successfully resolved the succession and intergenerational exchange in their families.
The Board is structured to ensure that its members cover all the key areas and knowledge necessary for investment and wealth management. In particular, it includes elite bankers, real estate advisors and investors, prominent advisors in professional services, investors and managers in IT, VC, e-commerce and the so-called “new economy”, advisors to the wealthiest business families, as well as advisors to churches, nobility and public institutions. There are members with exceptional experience from investment companies and funds in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and abroad. Several members have strong ties in the US business community – both to Wall Street and Silicon Valley.
The Board is a unique and, we believe, unparalleled grouping of the intellectual and relational elite in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. These are clients and business friends of Jaroslav Havel, the HAVEL & PARTNERS consulting group and now also of ONE FAMILY OFFICE, who represent unique professionalism and excellent relations with a significant part of the business community in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, whose expertise we recognise and use in the process of selecting and screening business partners and investments.
The ONE FAMILY OFFICE project is thus enhanced by the participation of respected entrepreneurs, investors and high-profile managers who have a long-term interest in developing business with us, exchanging investment ideas and opportunities, co-investing, inspiring each other and voluntarily participating in the individual evaluation of investment opportunities identified by us or the overall macroeconomic situation on the market. In this way, together with ONE FAMILY OFFICE, this informal club can participate in investments beyond the financial, knowledge or relationship capabilities of the individuals informally associated with it. Board members are typically people with assets of between EUR 5 and 50 million who, for various reasons, do not have the ambition to set up their own investment group or family office.
