At ONE FAMILY OFFICE, Štěpán is an Associate Partner. He is a shareholder of HAVEL & PARTNERS and an expert in advising private clients on structuring the management and legal protection of assets. In addition, he specialises in information systems and telecommunications law, intellectual property law, data protection, and contract law.

In the area of private client advisory, he focuses on structuring the holding and protection of private assets, as well as on family endowments and trusts. He has long handled all aspects of the legal protection of property and the intergenerational transfer of capital.

He provides legal advice in Slovakia, where he works as an established European lawyer, as well as in Czechia. In addition to his membership in the Czech and Slovak Bar Associations, he is also a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).

Štěpán graduated from both the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University in Brno. After that, he gained foreign experience at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

He has been working at HAVEL & PARTNERS since 2009, starting in Prague and Brno. He has been a partner of the firm with co-responsibility for the management of the Slovak office since 2018.
