Ladislav is a prominent manager, entrepreneur, and investor. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is a shareholder of ADAX, a corporate succession fund.

Since the 1990s, he has been actively involved in the establishment and/or operation of more than thirty companies, specialising in IT, engineering, energy, and construction sectors. Since 2010, he has focused on business development and mentoring, investing in technology startups and development projects. He is also a member of the Scientific Board of the Faculty of Informatics at Masaryk University and the Council for Cooperation with Industry at Masaryk and Mendel Universities. In 2015, he enabled the establishment of Labyrinth, Czechia’s first laboratory private primary school.
