Štěpán is a successful banker and investment advisor who has been in the investment world for over 25 years. He is a co-owner and partner of Accredio, an advisory firm specialising in individual financial wealth management for successful entrepreneurs, executives, and top athletes, and also provides independent financial and investment advisory services focusing on investment strategies capable of generating long-term sustainable returns above inflation, leveraging his many years of professional knowledge in securities and bond investments.

Štěpán gained his extensive professional experience at Citibank as Head of the Private Banking Division in Prague, Brno and Ostrava, and participated in the preparation and marketing implementation of investment products at Citibank. He worked as the bank’s internal trainer for investment training programmes in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Russia.

As a member of the Legislative Committee, he actively participated in the preparation of investment standards for Czechia’s Securities and Exchange Commission and the Investment Company Union. He attended educational and training programmes in financial derivatives and portfolio management in Prague and London. He holds an investment trainer certificate and an investment advisor licence.
