Jakub is co-owner and head of Skayo Capital, a group that deals with buying shares in real estate. He has many years of experience in senior management positions in several multinational companies in the catering, electronics, and retail sectors.

Previously, he served as CEO of MALL Group, and for nine years as CEO of KIKA for the CEE region. Jakub also brought Starbucks to the CEE region. He has spent his entire career working to connect the offline and online business worlds and to build a multichannel ecosystem.

He gained his first management experience years ago in the UK, where he built, operated, and then sold a chain of restaurants. He has spent more than 20 years of his career abroad.
