Pavel is a renowned investor, lawyer, economist, and manager with more than 28 years of experience. He specialises in fund investments, their structures, financial institutions, and the real estate market.

Pavel built and managed for many years AVANT, the largest non-bank investment company in Czechia. When he headed the firm (2021), it administered more than 80 investment funds and managed assets of over CZK 100 billion. Before that, he worked for more than 10 years in senior positions at ČSOB Bank.

Pavel gained experience investing his clients’ and his funds in real estate, private equity, loans and receivables, investment securities, trademarks and patents, paintings, bonds, coins, and the energy sector.
