Jakub focuses on investment matters as well as financial and advisory services for private clients in his role as a Partner at ONE FAMILY OFFICE. In particular, he draws on several years of experience gained at the Swiss bank Credit Suisse, where he specialized in banking and investment solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients across the CEE, LATAM, and Middle East regions.

Within the investment agenda, he primarily focuses on the creation and management of client portfolios based on individual investment objectives and risk profiles. As an investment manager

for the broader HAVEL & PARTNERS group, he is also involved in sourcing and analytically evaluating investment opportunities across capital markets, private equity, venture capital, and emerging sectors of the economy, both through direct investments and fund structures.

The financial agenda includes active cash flow management and optimization of derivative instruments, as well as both complex and straightforward forms of acquisition, holding, and operational financing across various levels of corporate structures and asset classes.

His advisory work for private clients is primarily based on his professional experience and knowledge of the Swiss banking system and includes advisory services in financing, wealth planning, and the selection of suitable institutions for investing, safeguarding financial assets, and subsequent active wealth management.

At the beginning of his career, Jakub spent several years working in finance teams within a number of publicly traded financial and technology companies. Following his studies at the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich, he joined the Swiss bank Credit Suisse, where he focused on investment banking solutions for UHNWIs. Among the transactions he worked on were, among others, the IPO of one of the world’s largest oil companies, a $1bn pre-IPO private placement for an Asian AI unicorn, a £500m+ real estate acquisition in London, and others.
