Andrej focuses on technology startups, both founding and investing in them.
He spent the first years of his career at Benson Oak, an investment company, where he was involved in the IPO of AVG on the New York Stock Exchange. He then moved to Credo Ventures, a venture capital fund, where he worked for 12 years. This phase of his career culminated in the listing of UiPath, a software company, on the New York Stock Exchange at a valuation of more than USD 35 billion.
Today Andrej invests his own capital in startups, having founded a startup and being involved in several philanthropic projects. During his career, Andrej has made more than 100 startup investments and has been awarded Investor of the Year for Central and Eastern Europe. He works in Czechia and the USA.
