As an Associate Partner of ONE FAMILY OFFICE, Miroslav is an expert in corporate law, acquisitions, and holding structures. At HAVEL & PARTNERS, where he has worked since 2012, he is a partner involved in the management of the Brno office. He provides legal services in corporate transformations, in the structuring of national and cross-border holding groups, and in litigation and criminal matters with an overlap into corporate law, including representation in judicial proceedings.

He advises private clients on the optimal setup of possession and protection of private and family property. His experience in this respect includes, among other things, the introduction of private or family holdings into the client’s corporate structure, the establishment and setup of family foundations, and the proper setup of relationships between individual entities and authorities.

He also has extensive experience in establishing companies, organisational units, associations, and investment funds, and in implementing corporate changes, both in Czechia and abroad. He also advises companies and shareholders in connection with general meetings and disputes between shareholders, including representation at general meetings and in related disputes. Advising on the joint venture establishment and setup is also an essential part of the services provided.
