Since January 2021, Pavel has served as CEO of Trask, a major IT service provider and consulting firm established in 1994. Trask boasts a ranking among the TOP 100 most valuable companies in Czechia, working for renowned corporations such as Erste bank, ČSOB, Unicredit, Škoda Auto, Volkswagen. In recent years, Trask has focused on expansion into Western Europe, the USA, and Canada.

Pavel started his career in New York, working in Arthur Andersen’s financial division. Then he worked at Goldman Sachs, the world’s leading investment bank, and subsequently as managing partner at EY, successfully leading the advisory and transaction division for CEE.
