He is a co-founder and managing partner of HAVEL & PARTNERS, the largest independent law firm in Central Europe with more than 320 lawyers and tax advisors providing the most comprehensive legal and tax services to more than 3,000 clients, including approximately 300 high net worth Czech and Slovak families.

Jaroslav provides comprehensive advisory relating to development and strategic management of family-owned and other major Czech and Slovak privately owned companies, in particular succession planning as well as asset and investment management and protection. In these areas, he has long been following global trends and implementing them in the Czech and Slovak markets of professional services.

He also focuses on developing relationships with the firm’s most important clients and strategic business partners in Czechia, Slovakia, and abroad. With his years of experience, reputation, exceptional professional commitment, including unique contacts in the legal and business circles in Czechia and Slovakia, he is sought after by top Czech and Slovak businesspeople, investors, and managers.

Jaroslav is also the main shareholder of the Premium Media Group and SuccessStory, its related PR agency. The media group and the agency are primarily dedicated to investments and interests of the wealthiest clients, i.e. about 50,000 people in Czechia and Slovakia, typically referred to as dollar millionaires. He is also a shareholder and investor in a number of other companies and projects (real estate, private equity, and venture capital). Overall, his activities generate sales of about CZK 2 billion and EBITDA of about CZK 500 million.
