As Chief Operations Officer at ONE FAMILY OFFICE, Petra is responsible for the strategic development, organisation, and management of the multi-family office, including operational, marketing, and business activities. She also oversees the development and maintenance of a unique CRM system, major client campaigns, and collaboration with key business partners.

Petra has extensive experience in strategic project management in investment, private equity, and M&A transactions. Previously, she worked as an investment manager at TCF Capital, the family office of Tomáš Čupr, where she played a fundamental role in building the investment team and streamlining the fund’s investment operations. She was also responsible for identifying and implementing suitable investment opportunities.

She also worked at Jet Investment, the largest Czech private equity fund, where she focused on fundraising and building relationships with investors. She started her career as a manager of corporate finance at Deloitte, a leading consultancy. She has a track record of successful local and international transactions, including the sale of several major engineering companies and the divestment of a significant portion of the assets of key energy sector players. Petra has vast experience in restructuring and sales of distressed assets.

She is a finance graduate from Tomas Bata University in Zlín and a graduate of the Corporate Finance course at CASS Business School in London.
