At ONE FAMILY OFFICE, Petr is an Associate Partner. He is an expert in M&A, private equity / venture capital, insolvency proceedings, restructuring of business sales, being involved as a partner of HAVEL & PARTNERS in several important cases in Czechia in recent years, either as a representative of creditors or as an advisor to the debtor’s management.

Petr also advises clients on the crisis management and security policy for companies and individuals.

Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS, he worked for 12 years in various legal positions at PPF, an investment group, where he was involved in a number of projects and transactions in the above-mentioned areas, both on the seller’s and buyer’s parts, particularly in the areas of private equity, engineering, transport, construction, IP rights, securities, telecommunications, and information technology.
