Ondřej is an Associated Partner at ONE FAMILY OFFICE and a Partner at HAVEL & PARTNERS, specializing in corporate law and comprehensive legal advisory services for private clients.

He has extensive experience advising on the legal aspects of structuring private and corporate assets efficiently and securely, in line with proven domestic and international principles, with the aim of separating business risks from family wealth. He also focuses on the legal aspects of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, corporate transformations, and management incentive programmes.

Ondřej graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno, where he received his Master’s degree in 2010.
