As Head of the Coordination Team supporting Jaroslav Havel, Managing Partner of ONE FAMILY OFFICE, Nela oversees executive assistance for both the ONE FAMILY OFFICE leadership team and key business partners. She organizes key meetings with partner families and other business partners and oversees the completion of critical tasks. She also coordinates selected internal projects and helps improve the family office’s operating processes.
