In recent years, he has been part of the largest Czech transactions and venture capital investments, particularly in the industrial manufacturing, engineering, transportation, IT (fintech) and food industries, with overlap into other jurisdictions. In his practice, he has been involved in representing clients in connection with claims arising from transaction documentation.
