Jaroslav cooperates with ONE FAMILY OFFICE as an Associate Partner. He is a leading expert in venture capital, private equity, and M&A. He is also a partner at HAVEL & PARTNERS. He provides services to VC and PE funds, startups, and tech companies. He himself is a co-founder of a startup that has become the largest Czech provider of online legal services.

In venture capital and private equity, he focuses on the investment process (startup financing, exits, buy-outs), the creation of joint-venture structures, incentive plans for key employees, and business restructuring. He advised clients on a number of unique transactions (e.g. the first SPAC in CEE).

Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS, he worked for a leading Czech-Slovak investment group, and before that, for an international magic circle law firm.
