An expert in real estate investment and asset management, Pavel brings more than 25 years of industry experience with a focus on real estate investments, asset management, and the strategic management of real estate portfolios, including financing. He is currently developing the international, diversified real estate and infrastructure fund OneCap REIF for investors and serves as a real estate expert for ONE FAMILY OFFICE.

At OneCap, Pavel serves as Managing Partner for Real Estate & Infrastructure, where he will oversee the newly established OneCap REIF fund, focused on international real estate and infrastructure investments with high added value. He is responsible for managing the investment strategy, structuring transactions, and overseeing portfolio management.

Previously, Pavel held senior positions at Lincoln Property Company in Europe and the UK, primarily focusing on asset and portfolio management. He was a member of JLL’s European Strategic Board for Property Management, where he led a team of 120 professionals across six countries and managed more than 2 million m² across all sectors, including several highly prestigious properties.

Pavel also served as Regional Director of Asset Management for GE Capital Real Estate, where he oversaw a portfolio valued at €2.4 billion across the CEE region. He further held the role of Regional Director of Capital Markets for CEE at CBRE and worked as a real estate banker at UniCredit Bank.

Pavel holds a master’s degree (MSc in Property Investment) from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom, where his dissertation received the LaSalle Investment Management Prize, and a degree in Finance and Accounting (Ing.) from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
